The owner plus one teammate on Pro, and the owner plus five on Max. Everyone shares the same inbox, contacts, and pipeline, with roles that keep ownership clear.
Do replies show which teammate sent them?▾
Replies go out from your Instagram account, so the customer always sees a single, consistent voice. Inside Insteed, the team can see who replied and who a conversation is assigned to.
Can we leave notes the customer cannot see?▾
Yes. Internal notes live on the conversation for your team only. They are perfect for context, handoffs, and flagging a VIP, and they are never sent to the customer.
Do we have to share the Instagram password?▾
