1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Insteed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Insteed is an automation tool designed for Instagram users to automate Direct Messages and comment replies. The App uses the Meta Graph API to interact with your connected Instagram accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Instagram's platform policies.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must not use the App for spamming or any malicious activity.
• You must comply with Meta's developer policies at all times.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Insteed, you grant us permission to access specific data from your Instagram account as required for the automation services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Insteed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any actions taken by Meta regarding your Instagram account.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

7. Affiliate Program

The Insteed Affiliate Program is a promotional offer made available at our sole discretion. Participation in the program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Insteed.

• Right to modify or discontinue. We reserve the right to change commission rates, eligibility criteria, payout terms, or to pause or permanently discontinue the affiliate program at any time and without prior notice.
• No guaranteed earnings. Earnings estimates shown on the affiliate program page are illustrative only. Actual earnings depend on your referrals remaining active paying subscribers and are not guaranteed.
• Pending payouts on discontinuation. If we discontinue the program, all verified earnings that have already reached the minimum payout threshold at the time of discontinuation will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle. Earnings below the threshold at the time of discontinuation will not be paid.
• Coupon and discount changes. Discount rates offered through affiliate coupon codes are promotional and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Existing subscriptions already active at a discounted rate are not affected, but new signups may receive a different discount or none at all.
• Fraud and abuse. Any attempt to game referrals, self-refer, or otherwise abuse the affiliate program will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
